The Woman Called Fujiko Mine to Premier at Anime Central

FUNImation‘s dub of ‘The Woman Called Fujiko Mine’ debuts this weekend at Anime Central. The DVD/Blu-Ray set will be available on July 30.

FUNimation not only acquired the streaming rights, but is currently working on dub release for Lupin the 3rd: A Woman Called Fujiko Mine to be released sometime in 2013.

Lupin the 3rd Legend Goro Naya Passes Away

Goro NayaGoro Naya, the long-running voice of Inspector Zenigata passed away on March 5, 2013 due to chronic respiratory failure at age 83. He is remembered as the eternal voice of Zenigata. Goro Naya voiced Inspector Zenigata for over 40 years and had acted various other anime roles, and dubbed for famous actors such as Charlton Heston, Clark Gable, and John Wayne.
